The durable advantage in AI is not the tool.

Most AI adoption stalls because organizations buy tools before building understanding. Models improve. Platforms change. What lasts is a team that knows how to think with AI — how to break a problem down, evaluate outputs critically, and design workflows that stay useful even as the tooling evolves.

My approach starts with the mental model, not the software stack. When a team understands why a workflow is structured a certain way, they can adapt it, improve it, and apply the same logic to whatever tool comes next.

Domain 01 / Digital Transformation

Led the full digital overhaul of a 60-person traditional operation.

Built the complete technology backbone — ERP, AI-integrated workflows, website systems — from scratch for a business with no prior digital infrastructure. Trained staff who had never used business software to become confident, data-driven decision-makers. Tested the shift from B2C to a tech-enabled B2B model with AI supporting both the process and the transition.

Domain 02 / Business Development

Hands-on in every stage of the BD pipeline.

Practiced BD in software outsourcing and Atlassian solution sales — from cold hunting to account management to pre-sales technical scoping. This firsthand experience means I know exactly where BD teams lose hours: research, proposal drafting, meeting prep, follow-up documentation. These are precisely the areas where structured AI use creates measurable time savings.

End-to-end marketing experience across platforms and business types.

Years of hands-on work in performance marketing, product marketing, and platform growth.
